She always looks peaky but I think it's the eye makeup there.

I think it's the dodgy red eyeshadow.

I don't think she looks ill. Just wearing ill-advised make-up. But wtf is that thing on her head?

i have red eyeshadow but you need to use it sparingly

Think the lighting and eye shadow in that picture is bad, other photos of her look fine.

I think she looks good there I've certainly seen her looking a lot worse, she always favours the pale and interesting look.
