Hi very new to this
I've always been a worrier but it's taking over me now. My baby is 1 and a half and I work 4 days a week. When I'm at work I worry about home life, money and relationship with over half and when I'm home I worry if my work during the week has been good enough. Feel like I'm going crazy in my head as can't really talk to anyone about this

Have you looked into whether the NHS' 'Talking Therapies' exists near you? You can self refer. It helped me enormously doing phone sessions with them but you can also do face to face.

No I didn't know about that. My doctors suggested an app called headspace and said if I wanted anti depressants to just make another appointment. Thank you! I will look into this x
