Yes. It is essential to meet a good reliable team.
Also, please make sure that you have a good reliable coordinator as well.
We had a lot of bad experience with the team who worked for our project.
(Well, basically, we lost contact with the project manager after 10th -12th week. Then, no body was really managing the project after that.)
But dealing with the coordinator was the most difficult and stressful thing.
Whatever problem happened and whenever we reported those problems to the coordinator, her attitude was always 'everything is the customer's fault' (despite the fact that she herself kept making mistakes like ordering wrong items, failing to notify when the workers or building materials to arrive etc,..).
Their website says
Customer Service is our number 1 priority – we take the customer step by step through their project giving them complete transparency of operations and ultimate control throughout, managing each project from start to finish.
But this statement wasn't true for our project.
I still believe that not all the teams/coordinators are like that.
Hope you find someone who can recommend a good one to you.
Otherwise, it may be wise not to take a chance..probably..
