Christmas Price

Good evening! Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place to be honest but basically for Christmas I have booked my mum and dad a holiday. They know they're going somewhere so the working parent could get time off but they haven't any idea where they're going and will find out on Christmas Day. As part of this, I will need to give them the relevant paperwork with legal things on it/ travel instructions/ expectations and all the rest. As it's gift, do I block the prices off or leave them on? They've got upgraded seating and some other bits as well as the full price on the invoice which also acts as a ticket. If I black the price out with a marker will I invalidate it? Totally new to this so thankyou for any help.

Contact the company/ies who issued the document(s) and ask them.
