I have £8,000 and wondered what to do with it. I have an ISA etc and wondered if anyone could think of something a bit different to do with the money?

What would you do?

If I didn't need the money for anything, I'd probably buy some premium bonds. £8k isn't going to earn all that much interest so it's worth a go for a couple of years.

Have you paid off all other debts, OP? No point in paying interest on debts if you can avoid it.

Are you looking to be sensible (i.e. invest/save it) or frivolous (i.e. spend it)!

If the latter, I'd go on a lovely holiday somewhere.
