I would be grateful if anyone can advise if they have been in this same situation. I have been the primary carer of my child from birth. I left the family home after discovering my husband was having an extra marital affair which he still denies to date. I moved taking my son. A judge has just granted an interim order for him to reside with the father mainly on the issue that the fee paying school he has yet to start is the better than the state school I had selected (I was moving cities to be closer to my family) he completely ignored my solicitors argument that I wS the primary carer and that the disruption to my child's life was caused by the father. Infact he was happy to hear that the child's paternal grandparents were on hand to help out. Can any please advise if they have been in this situation and what they did. My child is all I have and I struggling without their presence. I have been in the child's life everyday of his life until this caused by the father. Thankyou
