Can you prevent ONE person from writing on your wall? If so how?

I cannot work out how to stop one person writing in my wall.

I dont want to unfriend them just stop them writing stuff on my wall.

All I can see is blocking them - so they wont even see me on FB or I stop anyone from writing on my wall.

IS there any way?

What happens if I add this person to the Restricted or Acquaintances list. Will that stop them?

You can set it so you have to approve all posts to your wall

you can't sadly - it is either stop everyone writing on your wall or unfriend them.

you can restrict them I did that with one person

Yes you can restrict them or set your facebook so you have to approve all posts on your wall.

Thanks for the replies. Just been googling and it does seem that you cannot prevent an individual person from posting on your wall.

I see restricted just stops them reading your wall.

Knightknight - I already have that I have to approve all posts I am tagged in. I didnt realise I could approve posts on my wall before they go live. Am off to have a look at that.

Wehn you say restrict - what does that mean?

Do you mean add them to the restricted list. As far as I am aware that just stops them seeing any posts on your wall unless they are public.
