Keeping business and personal separate on Facebook. Do I need two separate accounts, or will privacy settings work?

It would help both me and my company for me to have a presence on Facebook, and I'm happy enough for that to happen.

But I don't want my personal friends to see the few business posts I'll be making, nor the photo tags from the business contacts who may post our conference photos on my wall.

If I'd prefer to keep it all under one profile, and am prepared to monitor everything, can this be achieved?

I think it's only the people's who have 'liked' your business page who will see your posts but not everyone who 'liked' it will get to see, just a fraction of these, unless you pay to boost your posts.
