One of our neighbours have 5 dogs (plus 3 cats, rabbits, guinea pigs), they have a tiny gated garden and we are surrounded by countryside and their dogs are constantly out on the track and fields with no supervision.
I have just came home and have had to do an emergency stop to avoid knocking down the stupid dog, I'm fuming!
I've asked them to keep their animals under control previously and clean up after them but they take no notice! I've reported it to the local council and police but police won't do anything as it's private property and the dogs haven't attacked me!
I'm at my wits end and really don't know what I would do if I ran over a dog. Anyone any suggestions??
