Schl says have verbal + written assurances from all the children on the group that DD will not be subject to further intimidation and aggression and that DD will be safe. Not so sure. Its been going on since march. Do not see why DD should be the one to be taken out of the group as she is the victim and am already in the process of changing her school. I Was wondering what the legal responsibility was of the group organiser so he can be really sure of what he is proposing and if anything kicks off he is impacted. DD has 3 really close friends with her and says it will be awful but they will help. She is being really brave and want to complete this - its her final gold.

I'd let her go.
Don't let the bully stop her from reaching her goal.
She's got friends who will stick up for her.

They will be independent with an assessor close by. Make sure she has her phone and that her friends stay close. At this point she's done too much work to throw it away surely?

She's not allowed to use her phone except in an emergency. For gold she may be out of range anyway as they have to go somewhere wild.
