Do we have a support thread for this awful curse? Had it several times this week ( bloody coil, no periods hideous cramp ) and after finding the term for it in classics, wondered if we did have a support group

I had to adopt a quasi "labour" arse up in the position and huff n puff a particularly nasty pre menstrual bout this week. Hellish horrible thing. Any remedies?

I had it while on my period last week. One particular moment caught me of guard as I walked to my desk in an open plan office. It was all I could do not to coil my body around the pain, really took my breath away and then it was gone. The things we cope with!!!
