Visibility

I posted this in Chat, I think, but it quickly disappeared with no replies so I'll try here! Does anyone know how to make yourself less visible on the app, so that people on desktops/laptops can't see when you were last on FB?

The only way I know to do it is to (using a laptop) switch off the 'chat' app - the bit that appears at the bottom right of the screen.

It's found by clicking on the wheel symbol next to the chat input bar.
