So here's the story.
Currently I work 21 hrs as a TA and love the work but its very low pay (£8,22 p/h). DH has a challenging job and from May this year will be overseeing and managing 2 houses being built on top ( our pension if all goes well). He is a very hands on dad and does majority of washing and rest of cleaning is shared. Must say he is bordering OCD and has a much higher standard of cleaning then me.
Next year I can either work fulltime and pay a cleaner ( 12.50 p/h) and occasionally a dog walker ( £10-12 per walk) with the difference in wage.
or
Scale down the hrs to a max of 2.5 days a week, do all cleaning and running of the house&family
or not work at all and take it all on.
