Passport issue

Iv filled out all the forms to renew my passport. Iv married since my last passport so it involves a name change too.
I couldn't be bothered to go to the post office so I thought I'd try it online.
Well it doesn't mention online anything about a name change so do I just put my marriage cert in the envelope too with the declaration form?

According to the deed poll office it needs to be an original copy, not a photocopy and you just send it with the application.

I sent all my details as Mrs X with my old passport details. I sent my original marriage license. Got my new passport in my married name within 6 weeks - at the height of the passport strike saga. You will be fine

Do you know I had a shock.
I got a new passport back all complete 8 days after I posted it to them!

Oh good! I just sent mind off on Saturday and I felt it was a bit unclear about name changes too. I just sent my old passport back, declaration form with new name and marraige cert. Glad that should be enough then.
