Kiddicare have lost my buggy - what should I do?

Hi all,
I am hoping someone can offer some advice. I sent my Uppababy GLuxe back to Kiddicare as the brake cable snapped after less than a year & was told on 18/02 they had sent it to Uppababy to be fixed. They sent me a revolting dirty Uppababy Vista as a loan pushchair that with a 2.5 year old was completely impractical, so I returned it. After chasing them & getting no call backs or being lied to someone at Kiddicare finally admitted yesterday they've lost my buggy. Now I am left hitting head against brick wall, I can't get through to anyone who doesn't spout prepared rubbish at me & they are taking polietly put a very relaxed approach to having lost my buggy. Has anyone had any dealings with them or got any suggestions as to what I should do.
Thanks
X

Write an official complaint and ask them to replace your buggy!

Ring trading standards or citizens advice and ask them what to do. They have a duty to refund or replace. Either that or ring them telling them you will be getting a solicitor involved. That usually does the trick!
