Platforms - help!

Hi - I've been blogging for a year and its certainly fun. But Mumsnet doesn't recognise the platform...so my posts aren't showing up.

Am thinking that I need to move to something that is easily recognisable. So any advice welcome!

I blog about allergies - so have recipes, articles and the like (if that's relevant...)

What platform are you using now?

The main ones are Wordpress and Blogger, but if you've been blogging for a while, it might be worth going for a self-hosted Wordpress site. It means that e.g. instead of your url being www.wheresthebeach.wordpress.com, it would be www.wheresthebeach.com

WP takes a bit more getting used to, but is generally easy to use, and there are a lot of people using is so you can always get advice.
