Trading standards type?

Hi all, I bought my daughter a pandora necklace and 2 spacers from an online agent for Christmas. Unfortunately it's past my 90 days return or refund as I bought early and dealt with it late. However the spacers for the necklace don't fit. They are too big! I've been in touch with the agent who isn't prepared to do anything. I'm now money down and still need to buy spacers for necklace. Is there any other way of getting this sorted. The agent has assured me they fit! I was thinking trading standards as they aren't fit for purpose? Or count my loses? Cheers.
