If I block someone can they still see my comments on a mutual friend's status

I have noticed that a friend is FB friends with someone who I really don't want to find me or my dc. If I block that person, and then comment on my friend's posts, will the blocked person be able to see my comments? Thanks.

No they won't be able to see anything you post, write or comment on.

No, but be careful because if you post on your friend's post and your friend replies to you using your name then the person you blocked will be able to figure out that you blocked them. At least that was how I figured out someone blocked me.

Ok, thanks. Have blocked them. I just want to be able to comment freely on my friend's status without worrying about this other person seeing details. I doubt he will notice he's been blocked as we have never been fb friends. Have changed my fb name too to be on the safe side.
