I cannot work as i have a daughter who lives 50/50 with father ( i get no csa) as my sons high needs means i need to be home at all times .
But my son has been offered 3 nights a week boarding to give me a break as he spends no time at all with his father as he cant cope with him .
Its hard as i NEED csa to make ends meet ( im not rich ) as bills such as c.tax , gas etc dont stop just as hes away .
Its a tricky situation as my son gains so much from the extra help he would recieve and i can regroup in the down time , spend QUALITY time with my daughter . .
but if ex has right to stop csa i will ultimately lose house .

I don't think it will stop as it's only 3 nights and I assume term time only. He still needs clothes heating etc the rest of the time. I would check with the CAB they would have a more deffinate answer.
The break sounds like it would do the whole family good. I know that the level of support is rarely given so you must really deserve and need it.
