CSECTION 5 WEEKS ON AND OFF BLEEEDING HELP??

hey ladies itss bin 5 weeks after having identical twins, and after the csection had bin and and off bleeding now after 3/4 weeks its stopped and yesterday had thick blood, and nothing else,,, is this my body trying to come on my period again? i get slight little cramps in my stomach sometimes but nothing serious no huge bleeds... just curious can any one give me any advice? what this bleeding is?...how long will it take my period to start again..etc? this is my first csection btw and im only 19 dont know anyone who could give me any help or advice so thats why iv turned to this site. be appreciated if anyone could help me :) thanks all xx

Congratulations on your twins. IME it is totally normal for the bleeding to be stop / start. I doubt at this stage it would be your period, were you more active yesterday than you had been?

im completely new to this i have no idea what im doing XD, yeah i do my house work done, and i do more walking then im supposed to do so im naughty when it comes to going easy,,,,, cause im not in pain i think its normal to do what i would normally do ... x
