Any of you have experience with uterine fibroids in pregnancy? My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage in May this year. Had bleeding from week 4 all the way to my miscarriage in week 9.. A uterine fibroid (right hand side of uterus, about 5 cm) was diagnosed at my early scan in Ninewells but the consultant could not say whether the fibroid had caused the miscarriage.
Now I am pregnant again (week 8). Had one big bleed about 10 days ago but only spotting since then. I am absolutely petrified as you can imagine. Early pregnancy unit at Ninewells are refusing to see me until I am in Week 9 and they have not been very helpful at all to be honest.
