I sold my sola pushchair to a girl in my town, it was great cond. and was worth much more than the 45 I said she could have it for, she didn't drive so I went to drop it off for her 3 miles away, she gave me a £20 deposit and asked if she could give me the rest Wednesday when she got paid, she was only young and I thought she was a bit strapped for cash so I agreed. Yesterday when I was supposed to get my money I received a txt, are you free around 3.30 to collect the buggy iv walked my lg to town in it and she looks too big!! Iv turned down 3 best offers and ended it on eBay!! She now wants me to pick it up today after 3.30 at her convenience and give her her £20 back!! Thing is iv scrubbed it stripped it polished all the wheels and she's walked it to town in the worst rain ever and I'm going to have to clean it all again before I resell, Does she think I have nothing better to do? Than piss about for her?? What would you do??

If she bought a buggy from a shop and used it outside she could not return it unless it was faulty, she is taking the mick because it is second hand. In an ideal world she would pay you the rest of the money and keep it as that was the agreement. However, I am going to guess she may not do this.

I would message her saying, you already dropped it off to her and agreed to take half of the money rather than the whole amount to help her out. If she doesn't want it she will have to return it to you, fully cleaned for you to sell on.
