Child not in car seat on M25

I'm currently a passenger travelling on the M25. I have just passed a car and seen a small child (12-18mths) stood on the lap of the front seat passenger leaning against the dash ð??§

I can't believe someone could be so wreck less and irresponsible.

Do I call the police? WWYD?

Oh wow !

That is not good !!

I'm not sure what you do in that situation ?
It's illegal isn't it so do you ring the police ?

Sorry I'm not much help , hopefully the lady who's Dh is a police officer will see this & have some advice !

Yes, you call the police. You've got the number plate I'm sure. If you don't want to call 999 (since I suppose an emergency hasn't actually happened yet) you could call 101 and ask for advice.

Yes, call the police. Make sure you take note of where you are on the motorway, and give them all the details of the car you saw. Someone needs to have a word with them at the very least!
