I usually get child benefit on a Tuesday, but today there's no money there I've tried to call them loads of times it keeps saying they are busy and can't take my call, I'm a single parent and rely on all the money I get and I don't know what to do next, any advice would be helpful, also I've tried tax credits helpline, same message as above.
