I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I looked up an old friend I hadn't seen for years. We had fallen out and were no longer friends. I found her and Facebook sent a friend request which she accepted. I didn't want to send a request, I was just looking her up. My question is: does your FB account notify you of anyone looking you up? Hope this makes sense.

Facebook has sent random requests to people I was just checking put.
I had my friend request accepts for my aunts cat. I hannt realised I had sent the request
I think it happens when you are scrolling on a iPad or mobile phone

Thanks for your reply Insancerre. I hadn't sent a request though so how did my ex friend know I'd looked her up? Worried about looking up other people in case it does it again.
