Lactose Intolerance vs CMPA

Hi all, trying to figure out if my 17 week old is lactose intolerant or has CMPA. She reacts badly to cheese and I know CMPA is more common so we thought it was that, however we gave her teetha granules (lactose) and she reacted badly. Surely this means it's lactose intolerance as Teetha doesn't have casein or whey, only lactose! Any ideas how to test which it is? TIA

Have you tried giving her colief?

What was the reaction like?

Sadly it could be both CMPA and lactose intolerance
