Hi all, I'm a nanny and was wondering how I would go about getting an incident/accident book as an accident happened whilst a child was in my care, however I was indirectly accused of an incident on the child after reporting it to both parents 24 hours later!! Anyway parents both realised they were in the wrong and have both apologised but feel the need to professionally record any accidents reoccurring and to also have proff should this happen again! I feel so upset that my employers of 4 years could accuse me of such a thing!should I get some legal advice??
