So I bought two tickets for Saturday at the Hylads Park V festival, back in April. DH loves Chic and it's the only place he's playing this year in the UK. The line ups hadn't come out but the Nile Rodgers website said he was playing in Saturday at Hylands park. Anyhow now it turns out he's actually playing on the Sunday do I have the wrong ticket.

DH is very much not a Justin Timberlake's fan - so how do I go about getting tickets swapped? I know I can't just get a refund. I don't want to have to buy more tickets and throw these ones away Confused

What I would do is buy tickets for the Sunday anyway. Then try and sell the Saturday ones on one of the online ticket sites. If you ask for face value or just below, they should sell and you won't be too out of pocket.

Okay, thank you! I don't suppose you can recommend any particular site? Last time I went to festivals you just jumped the fence Shock

I used to buy/sell mine on ebay but I don't think you can anymore.

I'm thinking of Viagogo, GetMeIn, Seatwave etc. plus you could put them on your FB. In fact just google Hylands Park V Festival tickets and see what sites come up. You can put them up for sale on more than one site at once. See what price others are selling the tickets for and price them the same/just under.

By the way - where did you buy them? Check first that they don't do returns. Most don't but check anyway.

I checked, they don't do returns or exchanges. Will try Viagogo.
