Balls! Am currently in transit, now waiting at the gate. Just passed a fancy guy on the moving sidewalk wearing what appears to be the same sparkly shoes Benedict has been seen wearing.

Something tells me that's going to be the extent of my proximity to the Batch.

Sudename, I assume that he must have loads of miles - he probably flies first class. And I also assume that the production company is paying for his flights to the set, so... Or he worked something out with JJ Abrams after the Trek movie, so he might have access to technology we don't. Ha!

No sighting of yet, then again, we went directly from the airport (after a terrible, horrible, no-good entry - they now have these ridiculous kiosks for border control - my 5 y.o. was too short to be recognised by the camera so I had to hoist him up, and then he whacked his head on the thing on the way back into line - all in all, it took over an hour to get to our bags) to my mother's house. Kids have been awake off and on since 2:30 am. Ugh.

But breakfast was made brighter by Mom laying out a clipping from the paper of Benedict filming the parade scene. I love how my mother enables me!!!

HRH, thanks for the restaurant story! But

'he had his first-ever cannoli'. Really? Really!?! How can you get to 37, and live in a big city with a lot of Italian cafes, and have a sweet tooth, and not have had cannoli before?

It has been disgustingly hot and humid in Boston the past few days. There were very strong thunderstorms yesterday with flash flooding; we luckily missed it coming in.

So my vote is for sweaty. Let the imaginations run wild! ;)
