Fridge has been left open, possibly 5 hours. Went shopping yesterday and got large shop. Bollocks!!
Tall fridge full. What would you do with food?
I have in there.
2 packs of bacon
12 sausages
Steak
2 packets of chicken slices
1 pack ham
Mince which has changed colour.
Yogurts x12
8 pints of milk blue and red top.
Ribs
Everything else I'm sure will be ok.
Will I have to throw it out?

The bacon the ham and the yogurts will be fine. Milk can be assessed with the sniff test.

Steak probably OK, and the sausages might well be too, but if you're going to eat them you need to cook them today and at high temperature for long time.

Just seen a smoked river cobbler in there too. Boohoo

I would be concerned about the mince and the chicken (which came out as nonce and children on my phone Shock Shock Shock ). I probably wouldn't risk the cooked ham either.

I would shut the fridge, turn it up and keep my fingers crossed Grin

Our fridge door was left ajar all night last week, it never occurred to me to throw anything away!! We have all lived to tell the tale!!

i'd keep it all but I'm one of these people that will eat food thats weeks out of date (but never had food poisoning if that makes you feel better :))
