I have found a lotto ticket and just checked numbers and it is a £10 winner. Should I keep it or try to find the owner.

Eh? It'll take £10 worth of your energy and time to find the owner! Use it as you wish, thank the person who's lost it at some point..I.e. Thanks for this cinema ticket, cheers for this drink, thinking of you as I eat these chocs, bet you'd love this new item I bought from La senza (-: etc etc ...
DH says it's his!!.#?
Buy a new lottery ticket!!

I don't think they have £10 prizes any more. I think it's £25. It's illegal, I remember someone trying to claim the jackpot on a ticket they'd found a few years back. If you feel bad, maybe donate it to charity.

I'm not sure of the legality, but it's not as if you'd be 'found out'

It's thunder ball and 3 numbers wins £10. Says on back you have 30 days to follow up lost ticket. I will have to ponder the dilemma and decide don't want to get in trouble for tenner.

I'd keep a tenner I'd found but for some reason I'd contact the lottery about a £10 winning ticket. Dunno why.
