Went with my DD to get our hair cut - we have different stylists at the same salon. Receptionist sent my DD straight through and asked me to wait which I did. After 30 minutes (not unusual - they can be slow), my stylists' next appointment arrived and they then realised they had forgotten me and hadn't told my stylist i was there. They apologised but I was told they could no longer fit me in and I could re-book. I said I'd phone to make an appt. Was I a complete doormat as usual? Would you have been more annoyed with them?
