Hi Everyone,

I have just started up my first blog 'A Mothers Instinct' and would appreciate your honest opinion.

I am about to become a mum of two girls under two, Bump (due 10 July 2014) and Isabella a typical chaotic one year old who loves climbing, anything messy and all things she’s not supposed to touch :-)

I decided to start-up a ‘Mothers Instinct’ after trawling the internet for product reviews or honest parenting advice on a regular basis. I want to give you a real insight into what it is really like to bring up two girls under two. I will be brutally honest outlining all our trials, tribulations and mishaps as well as the fun-filled moments. On top of this as I will be using several baby/toddler items along the way I plan to review each item honestly.

Do you think my blog would be of interest to people?
Are there too many out there doing the same?
Do you have an suggestions to make it better?

I Look forward to hearing from you
Sophie :-)

I'm really sorry, but you've missed an important apostrophe.

If your blog title refers to your instinct as a mother, it should be "A Mother's Instinct". If you're talking about more than one mother, it would be "mothers' instinct".

Also, it's a bit confusing that your URL is different to your blog name, but I suspect his isn't as big an issue as it once would have been if you're SEO gets you good hits in google.

Best of luck.

In your blog title, on your page, should it be trial and tribulation?
Nice blog, what happens when you have two children under 4 instead of two?
What about not stressing that it's two girls, but instead two children, so not to be sexist?
Will your target audience by local mums or all mums?
I read your blog link as 'motherstink' whoops Smile
Good luck

Thanks for all your comments I'm in the process of changing the url as I would prefer it to be amothersincstinct

I hadn't really thought about the longevity of two children under two something I should take into account. Also good point about girls instead of two children.

I would hope to eventually target all mums not just local.

If you have any tips of getting more readers as well I would be really interested to hear.

Thank you so much for the feedback it is really valuable as everyone close to me just says its good with no criticism

P.S reading it as mothers stink made me laugh out loud

Sophie :-)
