this year is the first year i have a job and can afford to get (or make) my wonderful mother something nice for her 40th birthday
Now, she has perfume
She has shoes, and clothes, and make up, and jewellery (and can't keep a watch to save her life)
with all the good choices taken, and when you want her to feel special and have something to open, wwyd?
or rather, what would you get/do?!
HELP

Nice scarf.
Photobook, either of her family or just her, through the years.
A book of the decade she was born.
Is there ever anything wrong with more jewellery? Wink
A rose, with her name, or Happy Birthday.

Overnight stay in a hotel and a night out dancing ! She's young enough to enjoy it or even a day shopping in another town.
