Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I have currently been put at risk of redundancy whilst on maternity leave. I feel like I have been targeted and being forced out of the company just because I have had a baby. I do not have enough knowledge around the law surrounding redundancy and ACAS seem to give differing stances each time I call. I feel very isolated and stressed...please can anyone help?
