Going to husbands work reception at the Shard, what should I wear?

I am going to my husbands work reception at the Shard. Still not back to pre baby weight so have to buy something but I have no idea what to wear. Any suggestions gratefully received!

What's a work reception?

What is the dress code? Most likely it will just be a drinks and canapes reception with a lot of women coming after work. So a smarter work dress would probably do.
