Is it possible to hide past posts etc from any new friends made?

I have been on Facebook for many years and have changed a lot in that time, is there a way to allow any new friends to only see the present and future content on my page?

As far as I know you can only do this for 'friends of friends' or 'public', the limit past posts is in your settings and privacy.

Only things I can suggest is going through your timeline and deleting things you would rather not have on there. I think if anyone is going to stalk sift through every year you have been on Facebook that is way more embarrassing than anything you could have shared!
