Has anyone else had problems trying to complain at cath Kidston? is it worth bothering with customer services, so far complaint about really poor customer service has been batted off & not really addressed. Is life too short to bother or is bad behaviour worth tackling? anyone else had experience of this retailer? From what I've seen they tend to try and dismiss rather than address problems raised with them, but I am very annoyed. Any advise welcome before I waste more time and energy! both of which I have little of! Thanks.
