looking for advice
moving to dorking and are applying for a reception place for our daughter. We will now be considered a late applicant so am worried that we wont get her into a good school.
We had a look at St Johns COE primary as this is the closest school and the most likely place she will get offered.
It had a terrible ofsted report but has recently been taken over by the good shephard trust, has a new head signed into a 5 year contract and is currently paying for ofsted to do reports to show theyre meeting their targets.
I got a good feeling from the school but wondered what reputation the school has now with local parents.
