I always think that the cumberbitches are young. Some were befuddled at him singing in rumpole this week.

I managed to escape the mayhem this afternoon for a wee walk with the dogs. Thankfully I had 'Casanova' to listen to...ways in which to brighten up an otherwise dull Sunday! Fortunately my DH is quite understanding (there was a bit of a thing for a certain Mr Jackman that consumed me for a wee while there too).

I'd like to think that after another few weeks the BC addiction may start to die down, but I fear that if I'm going to have to wait until next summer to see him in Hamlet, then I could be in for the long haul. Ah well, there must be worse ways to spend your every waking moment evenings and weekends.

It's a bit scary reading some of the fanfic, especially stuff written about him as a person (rather than as a character), and from his point of view too...and then realising it's written by teenagers. most of it is really crap Clearly has wide appeal, does BC! Do gay men fancy him, I wonder?

RG fans, did anyone watch Turks and Caicos that was on BBC 2 last Thur. He was looking pretty fine and I quite enjoyed the programme, also had the wonderful Bill Nighy in.

Ha. One of my FB friends just posted that they were watching "The Fifth Estate" only to see BC going past their house on the Brussels metro and getting off nearby. Her daughter is postively distraught that she missed this.

By the way I don't really get the fanfic thing, is it literally just writing whatever drivel is in your fantasy/head? Sounds like a version of school style Creative Writing but with no one checking it for spelling/grammar! Would hate to be subject to it! Poor BC...

Most fanfic is utter drivel, some fanfic is very good. It's rare as hens teeth but there are some fantastic writers out there.

It's so strange. I watched Star Trek: ID in the cinema when it was first released. Enjoyed it a lot and yes, thought the Batch was great in it .... But it's only in the last couple of months or so (OK, since the Sherlock/Molly kiss!) that I have really started to lust after him....
