Hello everyone off to Ibiza for a few days. Yesterday was a day of disasters, only compensated by cocktails. Loved all your photos.

I haven't seen the real thing unfortunately but did get a rare chance to be in Gower Street early this morning and I had breakfast in Speedys. Lots of Sherlock photos and fan art on the walls. It was a very nice breakfast, too.

I'm still here as well. Just haven't seen anything new and/or good to repost here.

ooh, that is exciting, Cumberlover - I loved listening to Rumpole.

Sugar I have already started to lay the ground for a family outing to Hampstead, DH is oblivious to my motives on board.

I really enjoyed Rumpole and have listened to nearly all Cabin Pressure, I can't bring !yself to finish it! I've started Neverwhere but can't find them all online yet. I've always enjoyed radio plays and with Benedict and his gorgeous sexy voice that just makes them better. Mansfield Park is 10 episodes, nice!

Sugar, how was Birdland? I can't quite decide if I want to see it or not.

OnlyLovers we enjoyed Birdland enormously. I like Andrew Scott a lot and he is brilliant in this (and very fit if not very likeable). The audience as a whole were very appreciative. The story is a bit unsettling (and there's a huge amount of swearing as well) but it's blackly funny too. And I liked the very sparse and clever set. But we don't go to the theatre much (we used to but 3 DC put paid to that) so I would probably have enjoyed anything!

Thanks Sugar! Sounds great. I like Andrew Scott on screen but have the impression he's even better on stage –he's a pretty well-respected theatre actor I think.
