how exactly does this network work?

this may sound like a stupid question, but how exactly does the mums net blogger network work? Does it just mean that our blogs are in a directory or does it mean that each time we post something, it's added to the thread of most recent posts?
I was confused as I see that my most recent post is in a thread of posts, but wondering if I write another one in the future, if that will be automatically added??

I'd like to know this too!

Also, is this network only for blogs about parenting issues? I write about comics and feminism (mostly comics). Should I be promoting my blogs here?

I am not a Mum. I wondered about joining the Army Rumour Service too, but am happy enough to be here, and will find if people object.

The network is not just for parenting blogs. When you post from your own blog it also gets posted to the Bloggers Network automatically.

Where can I see where these blogs are posted?
