Is this foot freaky?

Just seen this whilst searching Ebay for summer clothes. What is the foot! Is it the photographer? Is it a small child? Or is it a freaky child size doll? It appears to be in mid-air.

Looks like a small child, I don't think its in mid air I think the dress is laid on a carpet?

The item is laid out on the floor and there's a kid on a chair or sofa to the left. You can't see the sofa, just the child's foot. It's dangling because the kid is quite young.
