I am about to give the most little amount of info here but SOMEONE must have seen it, I LOVED this film as a kid about 20 years ago and for the life of me I do not know what it is called:
It's set in Ireland, and these two young children (a boy and a girl) set off on a silver bus to a village (why, I can't remember) and during their time there there's this little old man (maybe a leprechaun ? lol?) sits on a bench, who is jolly, and tells stories, and the kids have to set off to get to the end of the rainbow...I remember a lot of green fields!
And that's it, that's all I can remember - can anyone help?
