about how the NSA & GCHQ hack webcam feeds from Yahoo and have the capability to hack and have hacked webcams built into yours or your kids devices/computers, but as this system is capable of harvesting images from webcam feeds automatically and knowing the rise of teenage sexting, how do you feel that the liblabcon govt have mandated spooks to basically be exposed to what amounts to child porn images?

I have a probably very stupid and paranoid question but does this mean that the cameras on devices can be hacked when not on an active call? As in, when users aren't aware that anyone can see them etc?
