Silver necklace

I would love to get a necklace like the one Anne Reid wore in Last Tango in Halifax. Has anyone seen anything like it?

Surprisingly hard to find. I looked at Pia Silver jewellery first then NOTHS ended up on etsy . I will keep an eye out.
