Shes had a cold, and was feeling a bit crappy yesterday. No temp, hadn't been sick, just a bit under the weather.

Today I got her dressed ready for nursery, and managed to get her to eat some grapes. Its a pain trying to get her to eat early in the morning anyway so I didn't think much of it.

She said she felt poorly, but when I asked were, she said her throat, so I assumed it was just a sore throat. After eating her grapes, she bought them all back up. I've had her laying on the sofa in her pjs since and told her to get some rest, but now shes up playing, I told her to go and rest and she said she feels fine, she just has a little cough now. Again, no temp and I'm wondering if she just bought her food up because she really didn't want it to begin with!

I've been needing to go to the shops since yesterday but put them on hold because of how shes been feeling. So despite her being sick, she seems to be absolutely fine now, would you risk it?

Obv if I was to go I'd hold off until this afternoon to make sure she really is feeling 100% better..

Will she sleep in the buggy if you take her out? It could be that a bit of fresh air would perk her up.

Does depend on whether by "shops" you mean "corner shop for a pint of milk and a loaf of bread" or "full supermarket shop" or "to the shopping centre for two birthday presents, an outfit for a party, and winter boots". I wouldn't risk the last; the first would be fine; supermarket borderline.

Don't need to do a big shop, bog roll and bread lol.

I drive to, so the min she tells me she feels unwell again, we can go straight home, I want have to drag her around on a bus.

Oh no, not a bus. Nipping out for essentials (and maybe a restorative packet of biscuits) sounds fine.
