was It all okay? I am in a similar situation with Tesco sweet cured smoked mackerel strips. Vacuum packed unopened and kept in the cold drawer of the fridge. 10 days past UBD. Smell test?

after A quick smell test I heated the zombie mackerel in foil in the oven till piping it hot and have consumed with pickled beetroot. Currently happy to not have wasted it. Wish me luck.😬
