Hi,
I was interested in the rights of 16 year olds and I had heard that they can "leave the house when they want" I was unsure of the exact boundaries of that and I can foresee the ramifications if I were to "leave the house when I want". I would, however, like to leave the house to see my friends when I wish, within reason, and would like to see the exact details and some sort of proof on the matter.
