hi i wondered .. our au pair went home for christmas and never came back. she alerted her agent over 2 weeks ago that she wasn't returning, and we found out today! my kids are back at school, I am back at work, and not an apology, or acknowledgment of the chaos this is about to cause from the agent - i had to find all this out directly from the au pair, and now the agent has acknowledged but no apology or recognition .. I wondered what you all thought about this?! and what you think I should do?
